Kelley Blue Book price on this car is $10, 400.00+ Condition: This 1999 BMW M3 Coupe is in very good condition inside and out. I took very good care of it and I get compliments on it all the time. The engine runs VERY strong and is in excellent working condition. The A/C blows cold. The interior is in good condition and there is far less wear and tear than you would expect on a 1999 "daily driver". The gear shifter is illuminated for easy night time location, but the leather is wearing on the top and sides. About 2 years ago it had some touch-up paint applied to about half of the car exterior. I live in Florida and we had a hurricane. My car received some minor cosmetic damage. The paint looks great but there are a few spots where it is not perfect. Nothing you wouldn't expect to see on a used car. The front bumper rides pretty low to the ground and as a result, picks up its fair share of chips in the paint. The last front bumper touch-up I had done was about $250.00. It could use one again. And there is one spot that you can't see until you get intimate with the car the way I did. There is a tape mark along the seam where the hood and front left quarter panel meet. The tape mark is in the gap not on the top surface. It is not noticeable to anyone else. The rest of the paint is nice. The glove box release works, but the push button must have come disconnected somehow because it falls off if I don't push the glove box closed carefully. The front right Vader seat has a broken switch, but the seat controls all still work correctly. The headliner is coming loose and is starting to sag. I would not recommend having the dealer fix this. I received a $300 quote from a local auto upholsterer to fix this...completely replaced not just pinned up. If you buy the car and want me to have this fixed, you can add it to the price of the car and I will have it taken care of for you. It would take 3-5 business days to get it done. The only other thing I know of that is in less than perfect order is that the windshield wiper fluid pump seems to be making a pump sound, but no fluid comes out. It hasn't bothered me because the car is always so clean that I have never needed to use the washers. Features: This car has front and side air bags, cruise control, dual A/C, heated front seats, rear spoiler with additional brake light, power door locks, power windows, security alarm with remote, 4 wheel anti-lock brake system (ABS), traction control, leather seats, dual power seats, and YOUR CHOICE OF THE ORIGINAL M CONTOUR WHEELS OR THE CHROME AFTER-MARKET PLUS-SIZE WHEELS IN THE PICTURES. The chrome wheels are a copy of the AC Schnitzer type race wheels. They are very nice and are in great condition. No road rash or major scrapes. The locking lug nuts are getting some rust on the interior of them, but otherwise look sooo cool. The chrome wheels are plus-1 sized at 18" and use 225/40/18 tires. The original M Contour wheels are also in good condition. No major road rash or scrapes, just some normal wear and tear. NICE! The original wheels use different tire sizes FRONT: 225/45/17 REAR: 245/40/17. Both sets of tires have about the same wear and tear. It's your choice. But I'd say the chrome wheels get more attention. However, IF YOU CHOOSE THE CHROME WHEELS, THERE IS NO SPARE TIRE. If you get the original wheels, the spare tire and wheel are in brand new condition. History: I am the second owner of the car. I leased it in 2002 and loved it so much that I bought the car at the end of the lease. I leased it from Braman BMW in West Palm Beach, FL. The financing was done the BMW Financial Services. I just leased a new BMW X3 and that is why I'm selling my M3. I need the extra space. Somebody is going to be getting a really nice car that will get a lot of attention. Terms and Conditions: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. The winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangement for payment at that time. A non-refundable US $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 business days of auction end. If the balance due is not received in the allotted time, the down payment will be retained by the seller and the car may be re-listed for sale or as otherwise stated in these provisions. If no contact is made within 24 hours of auction end, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it some other way.
