Here is a rare 1998 BMW 750IL. This is a lot of car for the money. The MSRP on this car new was almost $100,000. This car was traded into Buena Park Carmax. The carfax history report shows the mileage as accurate with no accidents reported. The car has a clean California title. The interior is in beautiful condition. The leather seats show almost no wear at all. Both power seats function properly. The dash is in perfect condition. All the gauges seem to function properly. There are no check engine light or warning lights on of any kind. All the wood trim along the dash and door panels look good. I tried all the buttons located on the dash and door panels and everything seemed to function properly. The air conditioning blows ice cold and the heater works. The door panels are all in great shape and all the power windows work properly. The car also has the medical kit located behind the rear headrests. The sunroof functions properly. The headliner is in good shape. The factory navigation works properly and there is a 6 CD changer in the trunk. Overall the interior is in good shape with no major blemishes.
The exterior of the car is charcoal grey. The body is straight and dent free. This is a rust free car. Both bumpers look nice and straight as well. The paint looks really nice and glossy. It has the factory wheels. The front tires are brand new and the rear tires have about 80 percent tread left. The tires are matching all the way around. All the glass is in good shape with no visible cracks. Overall the exterior is in nice shape.
This car comes with 322 horsepower and has really good acceleration for a luxury car. The engine runs strong with no smoke or funny noises and the transmission shifts nicely. This would make a great daily driver. Please look at all the pictures. Alot of car for the money. We do not offer financing. Please have your financing approved before bidding.
Buyers Inspection: We have tried to describe the car accurately and offer as many detailed photos as possible. We welcome pre-sale inspections by Professional Services only. All pre-sale inspections are to be done on site. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is" with no warranty or guarantees offered or implied. While we do try and describe the car accurately it still remains a used vehicle with possible issues that are unknown to the seller. Manufacturers warranties may still apply. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Taxes and Registration fees: California residents will be required to pay sales tax, smog and registration fees. Out of state buyers: No sales tax will be collected if the vehicle is being shipped by a licensed transporter outside of California. However if the buyer takes posession of the vehicle in the state of California we will be required by the DMV to collect California sales tax and issue a temporary registration to your vehicle that would allow buyer to legally drive. Additionally, out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with seller.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $250 by wire transfer, major credit card, paypal, cash or bank certified funds. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller. A doc fee of $135 will be applied to the final purchase price for all buyers.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

* We invest alot of time taking 40-60 clear photos from all angles to help you get a good overall view of the car.
* We have included a basic vehicle inspection report in the cars description. If I am aware that something doesn't work properly then it will be listed here.
* Please take your time and view all the pictures. Any damage or major blemishes will be clearly listed in our cars description. But please keep in mind that these are not brand new.
* When possible I will list where the car came from in the vehicles description. New car trade, repo, etc. The majority of my cars come from New Car Stores such as Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover.
* Most of our cars have spent their whole lives here in sunny California. If you have ever worked on a car with rust then you can appreciate this. Also CA cars are maintained year round and do not sit for the winter.
* Most cars are being sold by sellers with little or no feedback. We are an Ebay PowerSeller with over 4,400 positive transactions and with a 99% rating. This is pretty good considering we are dealing with pre-owned cars.
