Original Nikasil Engine Block replaced under warrenty at BMW dealership with Alusil Engine Block at 60,0000 miles. If you don't know the significance of this statement, be very carefull when buying a BMW with a M60 4.0L engine. Transmission exchange at 131,577 miles on January 29, 2002. Car idles smoothly and has expected power and acceleration. I would feel comfortable driving this car cross country. Notice check control ok by computer.
Pictures show story. Paint in glossy condition. Dent in front passenger door. Spare door shell comes with car....just didn't get around to changing out. Leather in very good condition. Wheels and tires.....you have a choice. Either standard wheels or pay to have 18" ADR wheels and tires mounted. Quality tires is 3 minutes away and would be able to mount wheels Monday through Saturday 8:30 to 5:00.
Car's registration is expired and trip permit will be necessary. Oregon DMV is 5 minutes away and is open Tuesday - Saturday 8-5.
Will pick up at Salem, Oregon airport for free (Car can be viewed in Salem), but will charge $30 to pick up at Portland International (PDX).
Car will not be shipped. Only bad pick up time is Tuesdays between 8am and 1pm. Car needs to be picked up within 10 days of auction end.
$300 non refundable deposit must be paid using Paypal within 72 hours of close of auction. Balance must be in cash. If you want to pay by check, either personal or cashiers, I will be happy to take you to a local branch of your bank so you can cash your check.
Car is used and is being sold as is. No warrenty is implied or available.
